A. IDENTITY AND ADDRESS RESPONSIBLE
Under the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the "LFPD") and other applicable provisions, Suasor Consultores S.A. de C.V. (Hereinafter the "Manager"), established to hear and receive notifications on Avenida Insurgentes Sur No. 1748-502, Colonia Florida, Zip Code 01030, Delegation Alvaro Obregon, Mexico City; expressly informs:

For the development of the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we collect the following categories of personal data:

To fulfill the purposes indicated in the following paragraph, the Manager does not collect sensitive personal data.

- 2. To facilitate the hiring of the services offered by the Responsible.
- 3. Sending communications on offers and new services provided by the Manager.

E. Transfers of personal data
The Manager does not transfer personal data to third parties, gathered for the fulfillment of the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except as provided in Article 37 of the LFPD and in any case fulfilled the conditions laid down in Article 17 of the Regulations of the LFPD.
F. EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS
In all cases where legally appropriate, you can exercise your rights Rectification and Opposition (ARCO) through the procedures we have implemented access, cancel at any time.
The request must meet the requirements of current legislation, by writing to our Department of Personal Data, to the address indicated in paragraph A. The application must contain and accompany the following:
- I. Your name and address or other means to communicate the answer to your request;
- II. Documents proving their identity or, where appropriate, legal representation;
- III. The clear and precise description of the personal data for which it seeks to exercise any of the ARCO Rights; and
- IV. Any other item or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
The Manager will notify you within a maximum period of twenty working days from the date it receives the request, the determination made. If the request is from, it will be effective within the quinces working days of the date the Responsible communicate the answer. If the information provided in your application be incorrect or insufficient, or the necessary documents is not accompanied to prove their identity or the appropriate legal representation, Responsible, within five working days following receipt of your request, will require remedying deficiencies in order to process it. In these cases, you will have ten working days to meet the requirement of correct, counted from the day that has received this request. The corresponding application shall be submitted not if you do not respond within that period.
Alternatively, you may send your request through the email@example.com address, complying with all the requirements listed above, establishing as subject of communication "ARCO Rights and / or revocation of consent". The time limits of the procedure are the same as those mentioned in this section. The use of electronic means for the exercise of ARCO rights authorizes the Responsible to respond to the request through the same means, unless the holder itself indicates other means of clear and express manner.
You can obtain the requested information or personal data through simple copies, electronic documents in standard formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or through any other legitimate means and credit guaranteeing the effective exercise of the right requested.
You will be responsible for keeping their personal data held Responsible. Therefore, you warrant and responds, in any case, the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of personal data provided, and undertake to keep them updated, communicating any changes to the Head.
G. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
You may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, without retroactive effect, in all cases where such revocation does not involve the inability to meet obligations under an existing legal relationship between you and the person in charge.
The procedure for withdrawal of consent, if any, will be the same as the one set in the immediately preceding paragraph for the exercise of ARCO rights.
H. LIMITATIONS ON USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data corresponding directing our Department of Personal Data application. The requirements for proof of identity, and the procedure to accommodate your request are the same as those listed for the exercise of ARCO rights.
The Manager has means and procedures to ensure the inclusion of some of its own data listings exclusion, when you apply for inclusion in them explicitly. Responsible granted to holders who apply for registration, the corresponding registration record.
I. CHANGES OR UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
The Responsible may modify, update, extend or otherwise change the content and scope of this Privacy Notice at any time and in its sole discretion. In such cases, we post those changes on the website www.suasor.com.mx, Section "Privacy Notices".
They may also communicate changes to this Privacy Notice via email, when the medium had been established as a channel of communication between you and the person in charge during the term of a legal relationship.
